This module supports participants in building foundational employability skills, with a focus on self-awareness, well-being, and understanding personal strengths. Participants engage in activities to develop their sense of purpose, set career goals, and explore job search techniques, including CV building and interview preparation.

This module builds upon foundational skills to enhance participants’ employability readiness. With a focus on coaching, it includes tailored support for identifying and articulating individual skills, developing career plans, and advancing financial literacy and job application techniques.

This final module provides practical work experience and access to educational resources, allowing participants to apply employability skills in real-world settings. Monthly sessions support reflection and growth during placements, helping participants to strengthen workplace skills and achieve specific employability goals.

This credential is awarded to individuals who have completed all three modules of the Hybrid Employability Programme. Graduates have demonstrated personal growth, employability skills, and a commitment to career development, making them equipped to pursue meaningful work and educational opportunities.
