Workshop 1 - Understanding & Managing Anxiety

This workshop provides a comprehensive approach to understanding anxiety, both as a normal emotion and a disorder. Participants will gain insight into the physical, emotional, and cognitive manifestations of anxiety and learn to identify personal triggers. Practical, evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioural strategies, mindfulness, and breathing exercises will be taught. By the end of the workshop, participants will develop personalized action plans for managing anxiety effectively in their daily lives.
